- Speaking at Communicating Corporate Vision and values Radisson Edwardian Vanderbilt London (24 June 2008)
- Touring in Australia in December 2008 to carry out research and speak on behalf of The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust about volunteering and mentoring with young people, visiting Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne (from 30 November – 3 January 2009)
